• If for some reason you need to have your charm replaced please feel free to contact us, send your charm back and we will replace it without a problem.  The only reason why that we might not be able to replace it is if they have retired the charm and we just cannot find it to replace it. 
  
• If this happens we will be more than happy to replace it with anything else that we have in stock comparable to price and quality.
