Space and Set up

The displays make the jewelry easy to view and accessible.  We routinely use 3 or 4 tabletops (folding tables) with cloth covers.  We have been known to set up in different rooms if space is an issue. Each table can be put up in a different location within two rooms if needed.  If you do not have the space to accommodate this setup, we can use alternative surfaces.  We will also need a smaller table that we can use for a check-out space to set up a cash box, credit card machine, and to be able to wrap and package jewelry.  We will need to use your phone line.  We will bring and additional telephone cord and splitter so we can still use your phone.

Size of the Party

We ask that your guests RSVP In order to get an idea as to the number and size of the party.  One week before the party, we will contact you to discuss your confirmed number of guests.  A typical Charm Party will have between 12-18 guests.  If there are more than 18 we will get additional help to ensure your guests will receive the personalized attention that makes a party successful for all concerned.  If there are fewer than 10 we will ask you if you would like to reschedule.    A small party can offer more one on one contact especially if your guests are interested in custom designs and product.  However you may prefer to put your time and effort into a future party when more guests can attend.
