Well start here for the quality and selection.  We stand behind all of our products completely.  Our charms are 100% Stainless Steel Links.  They are all Micro-Lasered Soldered NOT Glued.  Even with this, sometimes they just come off.  We know this and understand this.  If for some reason you need to have your charm replaced please feel free to contact us, send your charm back and we will replace it without a problem.  The only reason why that we might not be able to replace it is if they have retired the charm and we just cannot find it to replace it.  If this happens we will be more than happy to replace it with anything else that we have in stock comparable to price and quality.
